- Delivery Zones: Donate-Dine provides delivery services within specified zones. Customers are required to provide accurate delivery addresses within these designated areas.
- Delivery Timeframes: We strive to ensure timely delivery of orders. Delivery timeframes may vary based on location, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be provided with an estimated delivery window upon order confirmation.
- Pickup encouraged: Pickup is encouraged at our given address within the lunch or dinner time specified.
- Delivery Charges: Standard delivery charges apply to all orders below the specified value threshold. Please contact us if you like the order delivered for a small premium. All delivery are subject to availability.
- Free Delivery for Orders Over $300: Donate-Dine offers free delivery for orders exceeding $300, subject to product availability. This promotion is valid for eligible orders within our delivery zones.
- Availability and Exclusions: Free delivery for orders over $300 is subject to product availability. In the event of product unavailability, customers will be informed, and alternative arrangements may be proposed.
- Order Changes and Cancellations: Changes to the order or order cancellations must be communicated to Donate-Dine promptly. Once an order is accepted, modifications may not be possible. Please email sunitha@donate-dine.nzhangouts.online
- Force Majeure: Donate-Dine is not liable for any delays or failure in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
